St. Ann’s Warehouse

A cultural landmark on the Brooklyn Waterfront in DUMBO. When this avant-garde arts organization relocated to a tobacco warehouse built in 1860, David Weeks Studio was commissioned to create a lighting program reflective of the historic architecture and surrounds of the space, as well as the contemporary happenings within its walls.

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Design/Architect: Marvel Architects

Approximately 50 custom Boi shades were handmade to create the iconic bathroom installation, while a more linear concept was designed for hallways – a nod to the definitive steel cables of Brooklyn Bridge.
